How do you deliver?  What does it cost?

•  Deliveries made by Royal Mail and Interlink DPD Courier service with online tracking.  Delivery is free on most items.

When will my clarinet arrive?   How long will delivery take?   Can I track my order online?

•  We are a working factory, not just a warehouse.  For this reason we do not guarantee next day delivery as a standard service - we will do our very best to send out your order quickly and all orders should arrive within 7 days, most items arrive within 48 hours.  However,  if you need your item in a hurry just ask and we’ll do all we can to help!  

I need my item urgently - can you guarantee next day delivery?

•  If you have an urgent order and simply must have next day delivery this is available for an additional charge of £12 (United Kingdom only).  Deliveries will be made using Interlink  (available in most areas) or an equivalent from Royal Mail Special Delivery.  There are limits to what we can do (if you place an order late in the afternoon it may be impossible to get next day service) but we will do all we can to help!

I'm an international customer and my order is urgent - how fast can you ship?

•Please allow 7 days for our free delivery service.  If you need it faster than that please let us know and we'll see what we can do to 'pull out all the stops'.  Next day worldwide delivery is possible to many destinations including New York and most of mainland Europe,  though some more remote international orders may take a little longer,  but usually no more than 3 days even to New Zealand!
