Our response to the Coronavirus situation.

Protecting customers and staff is our main priority during these unsettled times of COVID-19.

-  The shop, showrooms and practise rooms are closed to the public until further notice.

-  We will continue to produce existing orders and complete repairs.  Staff are working in isolation in shifts.

-  Office staff are working from home.  We are taking enquiries online and are replying by email, telephone and video to help you.

-  Instruments for service or repair:   We recommend using our courier service.  email us to book a collection.

-  Instruments will be queued for up to 72 hours before and after being worked upon by a technician.

-  Our online store is open.   Items being despatched may have an additional handling times.

We are continually reviewing the situation and are following all guidelines in the best interests of our customers and staff.   The health, safety and well being of our customers and staff remain our utmost priority.   If you have any questions, then please get in touch and we will be happy to help.
